Rimouski is located in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region some 300 kilometres east of Québec City and around 100 kilometres west of Matane.

Arriving by plane
There is a regional airport in Mont-Joli, about 35 kilometres east of Rimouski. It is possible to rent a vehicle from National Car Rental upon landing.

Arriving by train
Via Rail travels to Rimouski, stopping at the train station in the city’s downtown.

Arriving by city bus
Making several stops in residential, industrial and commercial areas, Rimouski’s Citébus is a minibus service running at set times. No reservations are required. For the map and bus schedule, visit their website.

Arriving by coach
Orléans Express serves the Bas-Saint-Laurent. Its terminal is a little over two kilometres from the Festi Jazz site.

Arriving by boat
Hop aboard one of the country’s fastest ferries between Forestville (Côte-Nord) and Rimouski.

Arriving by bike
In partnership with the Association Rimouski Ville Cyclable (ARVC), the Festi Jazz offers secure bike parking, with reception and surveillance near the festival site, across from the Place du 6 mai 1950, just east of the Desjardins-Telus hall.

Parking
People who live over 200 km from Rimouski get free parking during the three days of the festival. This pass is renewable once. You can get the parking pass from the local tourist information office.
