As part of the Oiseaux de Nuit Desjardins series, we are proud to introduce you to Ketsmy!

Ketsmy is an up-and-coming author, composer and performer from Montreal. With a family originating from Haiti, he mixes styles and languages. Sailing between French, Creole and English, his songs with strong lyrics are denouncing social injustices experienced by people of color through claimant texts All delivered with an incomparable Soul voice supported by percussive and captivating rhythms. He navigates listeners between Blues-Rock, Neo-soul, Hip-Hop, and Afrobeat.

On April 28, Ketsmy was awarded the Audience Award granted by the Conseil des arts de Montréal as part of the gala for the 15th edition of the Syli d’Or of world music, presented by Les Productions Nuits from Africa. This showcase highlights each year, emerging artists who shine and dictate the latest trends in music of the world.

Tickets will only be available at the door on the evening of the event, however priority will be given to holders of the Explore Pass.
