Le Bien, le Malt
Le Bien, le Malt is an intimate microbrewery where you take a pint-time tour to chat with the waiter or spend an entire evening remaking the world with friends. There is a menu of beers brewed on site, a selection of scotch, a variety of meads, acers, ciders and local gins. You will find a warm haunt there on evenings of snowstorms and high winds and a fiery atmosphere on the evenings when the party spills over onto the terrace, music off the roof!
Restaurant-pub with a relaxed atmosphere, we serve meals from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the bar is open until 2:00 a.m. every day.
Chez Germaine is a refreshment bar in the heart of Rimouski. Opened in October 2019, the business is located in a heritage building proudly renovated by the Bélanger-Boucher Family who own the organization. The name Chez Germaine comes from its location (rue St-Germain) and from the fact that it was mainly created by 2 «germaines»! Wanting to be an inviting gathering place where one feels as good as at one's grandmother's, Germaine offers accessible and reinvented meals. It has a menu of cocktails, microbrewery beers and wine at the height of the finest connoisseurs, all in a refined and welcoming decor! Germaine has 2 terraces, one of which is sheltered from bad weather and heated, the perfect combination to enjoy a terrace in Rimouski!

Tasting room with lounge atmosphere. Our employees are trained by us to become exemplary baristas and baristis. They are experts in preparing coffees regardless of their extraction method: espresso, bodum, cold brew coffee, etc. It also serves teas from the Camellia Sinensis house, pastries from Aux Bienfaits and the Boulangerie Citron Confit, beers from artisanal micro-breweries, wines, etc. We are a bring your own lunch, so we do not serve meals there, but we can reheat your meals.
