REGISTRATION CONCESSIONS 2026
From Septembre 3 to 6, 2026, Festi Jazz will celebrate its 40th crazy, warm and lively edition! Quality programming and new features in 2026 will have an impact on the event’s attendance. Last year, over 16,500 people attended!
We’re giving local merchants the chance to showcase their products to local, regional, national and even international festival-goers!
All those who complete the form will receive an e-mail from us following the final selection in July 2026. Places are limited!
Festi Jazz offers :
- Point of sale directly at Place Festi Jazz Videotron during the 4 days of festivities
- 10×10 or 10×20 tent (for an extra fee)/possibility of bringing your own food truck
- Electricity (15 amp)
- Access to water
- Show tickets available to concession workers
- Tables and chairs
Asking price : $450 + tx
Conditions:
Dealers agree to:
- Be present and open during the 4 days of the event, during peak hours (specific hours and exceptions provided upon contract signature)
- Submit a menu to the organization no later than 2 weeks before the event
- Have a MAPAQ permit (for food products)
- Not to offer alcoholic products
- Be aware of your ecological footprint (reusable, compostable dishes, etc.)
- Be available to set up your concession on Wednesday, September 2, 2026
- Be available to dismantle your concession no later than Monday, September 7, 2026
