As part of its entertainment program, the Festi Jazz International de Rimouski, presented by Québecor, is proud to present a performance by Yoga Metta.
Marie-Christine is the yogini with a smile. She helps people improve their well-being so that they feel more at ease in their bodies, less stressed and happier, because she believes that yoga is for everyone and that it’s possible to take care of yourself in a gentle and enjoyable way. Her goal? To make a difference in someone’s day. She has over 2000 hours of teaching experience to her credit.
